Carter Stoutmire transferred to Arkansas after three seasons at Colorado and is playing STAR for the Razorbacks this season. The Plano, Texas, native entered the transfer portal, connected with Arkansas safeties coach CJ Wilford, visited Fayetteville and committed after deciding the staff and scheme fit his place in his career. Stoutmire is not expected to take the starting STAR job immediately. Khmori House has held that spot throughout fall camp. Stoutmire said his time playing for Deion Sanders taught him to shut out outside opinions and focus on the work in front of him each day.
