Five-star running back Kemon Spell says he will receive $1 million from Georgia as a freshman in 2027. Spell, a McKeesport, Pennsylvania, product, committed to the Bulldogs earlier this year after reopening his recruitment when James Franklin was fired at Penn State. He had interest from Penn State, Oregon, Georgia and Notre Dame. Spell told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that other programs offered more money, but said Georgia’s coaching and path to the NFL drove his decision.
