Texas A&M will host two of the sport's top 2028 prospects on Oct. 3, when five-star defensive lineman Kellan Hall and five-star safety Casey Barner visit College Station for the Aggies' game against Arkansas.
The visits come as Texas A&M works to close out a 2027 class already ranked No. 1 nationally, headlined by six five-star commitments. One of them, linebacker Kaden Henderson, committed to the Aggies over Notre Dame this summer and is the highest-rated linebacker commit in program history.
Henderson isn't waiting until National Signing Day to get to know the defense. He plans to attend nearly all seven Texas A&M home games this season specifically to learn coach Mike Elko and new defensive coordinator Lyle Hemphill's scheme, then enroll early in January.
Texas A&M has not said where Hall or Barner currently play or who else is recruiting them. The Aggies, who went 11-2 last season and enter this one ranked No. 8, host Arkansas on Saturday, Oct. 3 — the same day the two 2028 prospects arrive on campus.
