Kentucky has added Australian guard Jemma Amoore from IU-Indianapolis for the 2026-27 season.

Amoore averaged 1.2 points in 6.2 minutes across 48 games at her previous schools. Brooks said she will add backcourt experience and leadership, but he does not know how much she will play.

“We wanted to fill our roster out,” Brooks said. “We want a little bit more experience in the backcourt. Somebody who has some leadership qualities. How much will she play? I don’t know.”

Brooks said Amoore has already made a tremendous impact in Kentucky’s locker room.
