Former Florida center Micah Handlogten is transferring to Ole Miss for a fifth college season after declining to pursue a professional path. He entered the portal in April and agreed to an Exhibit 10 deal with the Utah Jazz during the summer.

Handlogten appeared in 34 games for Florida this past season, with two starts, and posted 4.1 points and 5.9 rebounds in 14.8 minutes per game. He had returned from the serious injury suffered in the 2024 SEC tournament, playing 16 games in 2024-25 after an initial plan to redshirt.

He is Ole Miss' eighth portal addition and its first transfer with previous SEC experience. Seven of the eight additions are forwards or centers. His immediate eligibility, health status and role remain unclear.
