Broncos coach Sean Payton said receiver Bryant has put together a consistent training camp, praising his hands and his ability to make clean catches without leaving his feet.

“His yards-after-catch are noticeably different because his feet are on the ground as he runs through a ball,” Payton said. “He’s having a heck of a camp.”

The 6-foot-2, 204-pound Bryant had 26 catches for 332 yards and a touchdown over the final nine games of his rookie season. Denver’s unofficial depth chart lists Marvin Mims as the third starter alongside Courtland Sutton and Jaylen Waddle. Bryant has not been assigned a formal starting role.
